According to the WTT for that weekend, which I have in front of me as I type, your information is slightly incorrect.
The service patterns are:
Upminster - Wimbledon every 10 mins Barking - West Kensington every 20 mins Tower Hill - West Kensington every 20 mins Edgware Road - Wimbledon every 10 mins Acton Town - Ealing Broadway every 15 mins Olympia - High Street Kensington every 15 mins
There will be a rail replacement bus service Turnham Green - Gunnersbury.............with Silverlink to be used Gunnersbury - Richmond.
The Piccadilly line will serve Ravenscourt Park, Stamford Brook (westbound only) and Turnham Green.
Highlights for 'trackbashers' are some early morning and late night D stocks will use the 'fast' Piccadilly tracks between Hammersmith & Acton Town.

Will T'Ops be doing their own tipping out at West Ken or will they draft in an extra CSA or two?

How early will the Ds be using the fast lines? I'm not at home (where the WTT is) at the moment, but I can tell you it's basically the very first/last few on each day. There certainly aren't many movements............so best be up very early (or late) if you wanna catch one!!
