The bridge work I believe is related to civil and track enabling works required for the Class 66 locos on the District line.

The 6th-8th April closure is the one for the trackbashers - it gets us the crossover at East Ham (FE).

I assume the reversing at West Ken will be via a main line shunt just west of the station.

that move at west ken may not be used they could just reverse them at olympia as this is far more reliable and if it does go pear shaped and the controller and signalman are not careful they could lock the site up (this has been done many times) as they cannot rely on the programme machines as they dont work at west ken for a west ken special (the t.d code for reversers)

Surely that only applies to east-to-west reversals? I would expect a west-to-east reversal to be relatively easy - simply run out of the station until one is behind RWC7, then change ends and wait for the shunt (WC33?) to drop...

It's a normal service between Olympia & Edgware Rd,reduced services on the rest of the line.

same conditions still apply aswell as u cant have a train in the westbound platform whilst one is at the shunt (deffo not wc33) as this track locks the points
