I noticed a diesel locomotive pulling some very old carriages today between Ruislip Manor and Ruislip at around 1615. It was quite a short train; does anyone know what it was?

They were probably doing a move via Ruislip Siding to go to/from Acton.

Sounds like test running for Sunday's Rickmansworth Festival special train
