with a little bit more investment and time it can easily be the best in the world.
I did read somewhere that LUL has one of the best saftey records in the world

The report says that three stations were added to the Underground network in 2008: I can only think of two - Wood Lane and T5. What was the other one?
Of course in 2007 the Underground lost six!

Maybe they counted the London Overground station at Shepherds Bush.

A sure credit to all of us, despite difficult times.
Hmm, it seems strange that at one time the ES was delivered by rail. I have a photo somewhere of an ES van oustide a South Western Lines suburban station!
I wonder when the ES started blasting the railways for a nanosecond delay on the 06.14 from Richmond... or the 06.21 from Teddington.
