Getting phone calls from TFL

Getting phone calls from TFL Mar 20, 2009 14:20:08 GMT

Recently I've been receiving calls on my mobile from a number I don't recognise. They don't let it ring long enough for me to answer. Today I rang the number back and when it was answered, a recorded female voice said " You have received a call from Transport For London. Please replace your handset." Then it disconnected. The number was 02030540020.

Does anyone know what this is about? Apologies if this has been posted before, I searched and didn't find anything.
