Lets not divert this service to a political destination, it never ends well and there are forum rules that do not allow political discussion. Thanks <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 34.940000000000055px; height: 3px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none;left: 15px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_25663751" scrolling="no" width="34.940000000000055" height="3"></iframe> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 34.94px; height: 3px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1676px; top: -5px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_15208733" scrolling="no" width="34.940000000000055" height="3"></iframe> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 34.94px; height: 3px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 15px; top: 91px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_60342967" scrolling="no" width="34.940000000000055" height="3"></iframe> <iframe style="position: absolute; width: 34.94px; height: 3px; z-index: -9999; border-style: none; left: 1676px; top: 91px;" id="MoatPxIOPT0_45240656" scrolling="no" width="34.940000000000055" height="3"></iframe>
Let me be perfectly clear. This forum DOES NOT permit any political discussion. It is my view and that as was clear by Snoggle’s response that your post was very opinionated and directly targeted Snoggle and his post, hence his response. I chose to intervene as I could see this becoming a political discussion as you mentioned a politician. Whether I agree with you or not, my role here is to moderate and it was my judgement that your post needed moderating.
It is a timely reminder that members must be mindful of what they post, how others might read it or who your post is targeted to. It is also worth noting that the staff have a zero tolerance to antagonising other members and arguing with staff.

Some updates: Tottenham Hale mainline platforms renumbered 1-4, with platform 2 now 4, 1= 3. Note there will be no platform 1! Signals at junction of 3rd track by Lea Bridge now turned on! Interesting that realtimetrains show platform 4 for arrivals in the future but once a train has called it is recorded as platform 2. There are no references to platform 3 in the data. Looks like the changes implemented over the weekend haven't quite fed through into all of the reporting systems. National Rail website (live departure boards) is showing platforms 3 and 4 correctly. The other thing to add is that the LU ticket hall reconstruction continues. The large concrete cast shell was having metal framework added to it last week. To add that Northumberland Park has had the same treatment ie platform renumbering again no platform 1 yet* *maybe at some point in the next 50 years if we are lucky.

Back on topic everyone. Please start a separate thread if you wish to continue the history of the Chingford line. This thread is solely to do with 710s and their entry into service. This is the second back on topic comment on this thread and this week. Please be mindful of what you posit to ensure it remains on topic or make a new thread to link to a discussion. Thanks

I can see this going off topic, so the usual words of advice are to go back on topic and/or start a new thread to continue the veering off topic. Thanks

We are going off topic. Pronunciations are interesting and fascinating but if you want to discuss, please do so in a separate thread. Thanks

Are these new machines urine proof too? Dogs use the tube. How many dogs use the tube or Overground for that reason? Only way to know would be if they touch in or not

Back on topic please. We have a thread for the discussion of Angel Road and Merdian Water there. There is also a photo showing the view of Meridian Water station from Angel Road, so you can see how close it is.
