If 10 trains were on the W&C then there would be stabling implications. Already a train is stabled in the platforms at Bank and Waterloo (1 each) because there is
simply no room in the depot for them all.
Even when the service runs you would be hard pressed to have any more than a train in each platform in Bank and Waterloo and one in "flight" each way. Total of 6 trains plus one reversing in Waterloo Siding. So the one minute headway suggestion would not be far off the mark.
Some years ago when a crackpot scheme was devised to run an excess of trains I suggested that coupling the trains together and having the passengers walk through them would be a faster journey than actually running the service. This did not go down well at all........

21547/548 headed eastbound through Farringdon approx 11:30. It was working train 726 presumably to UPMDT.
Cannot be too long before it is kicked into service.

7037/7526 was tipped out at UPM about 25 minutes after arrival going empty westbound.
Taking a C2C service in hot pursuit we overtook it at Upney still showing Not in Service looking like it was going to go into Barking Sidings. The S7 on train 041 behind turned up first at West Ham.

7012/7095 were taken out of service on train 007 at Barons Court EB with a door fault. They have run empty to High St Ken after discharging the passengers.
UPDATE: At just after 13.00 7012/7095 ran empty to ECMDT. Operator couldn't get any of the doors to open and had to use the porter buttons to enable the passengers to leave the train.

The 2nd set of nominated workings do not balance. Unless all the D78s are supposed to end up at ECMDT by Friday There was a D78 on ECMDT when I went past on train 034 earlier , this must have been 7007/7018. John
