bulk guesses, 03 is either a box at West Kensington or a tunnel lining from Bank works? from the looks, 09 Stepney Green? 18 is crossrail-esque so Farringdon. If 19 is LO, feels like Edmonton Green tiles. 20 feels like it's next to a highway; Newbury Park or King George V portal area? 23 is so deja vu, feels like Gunnersbury corridor; or it could be an airport looking corridor so it might be Heathrow Terminal 5. 27, hmm Blackfriars did have a refurbishment before so I'll go with that.

One answer you're close enough: 20 Between King George V and London City Airport - view from diverted 473 bus in October 2012
The others: 03 is a tunnel lining but not from the Bank works (the photograph long predates that) 09 is not below ground 18 is unrelated to Crossrail 19 Edmonton Green is too far north 23 is not near Gunnersbury or Heathrow 27 is an SSR station but not Blackfriars

for 03 I remember a possible bare part to picture would be Piccadilly Circus so that's a second try, 09 could be Bromley-by-Bow or West Ham?, 18 is maybe Oxford Circus because of the platform tiling, 19 Dalston Kingsland?

03 You can get a direct train from Piccadilly Circus to this station, but not this platform 09 you're much too far east 18 is a much newer station than Oxford Circus - what you're looking at isn't a platform 19 is neither Dalston station
