B looks to be a combination of Acton Main Line and Carlisle.

You have B and its background, and clues for A and and its background. A is on the DLR but you need to be more precise than that; the lighthouse is not in the USA. Location A: (click for a larger version) Background A: (click for a larger version) Location B: Acton Main Line - stairs to eastbound in December 2018 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Background B: Carlisle station [ howda62] (click for a larger version)

A is Mudchute. Also, D is making me think of Kingsbury but the tiling is wrong.

A is indeed Mudchute and you're right that D is not Kingsbury. Location A: Mudchute - ramp to north end of southbound platform [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location D: (click for a larger version)
