Harrow-on-the-Hill train descriptions

Was wondering was is describing trains around the Harrow-On-The-Hill area these days?

I only ask because some interesting destinations popped up this afternoon. Aldgate services on platform 5 were shown on DMI’s as Liverpool Street.

I know that Liverpool Street, Whitechapel and a few other redundant destinations have destination codes still shown upon in the box which is one of the reasons why King’s X is often shown as Moorgate but is it possible these codes have been inputted out of error by a machine or erroneously selected by a signaller.
