This morning, my Victoria Line train went straight through KXSP. There were a few passengers seen on the platform, so the station wasn't closed / evacuated. There *was* prior announcement that the train would not be stopping, but the reason given was [muffled]. Does anyone know the reason for this? Was it a case of spreading out the trains from earlier congestion?

There was disruption on the Mainline suburban routes into Kings Cross this morning with several Moorgate services being diverted into the Cross.
As this photo shows, looks like the bulk of that flow was heading for the City.
Can’t find any mention of Vic services non stopping so it must have been resolved very quickly.

Not helped by severe delays and a part suspension on the Met which had a knock on to the H&C / Circle.

I think given the plethora of disruption that seems to have besieged the capitals transport network this morning, it was most likely crowd control measures.
