D looks like it could be somewhere on the western end of the Jubilee line.

Link = All between alphabetically sequential stations? (?-?, R-s, G-H, B-C).

Link = All between alphabetically sequential stations? (?-?, R-s, G-H, B-C). I was thinking that, but I couldn't work out where the last place (A) was going to be. I'm wondering if it's the odd one out.

You have the first half of the link but there is more to it unrelated to the alphabet. A is not the odd one out.

Does the rest of the link have something to do with Zones? The locations so far identified are in Zones 2, 3 & 4 respectively so it could be that A is in Zone 1 while the 5th in the set is in Zone 5. As far as I am aware, the only pair of alphabetically adjacent stations in Zone 1 are Gloucester Road and High St. Kensington. However, I can think of 2 such pairs in Zone 5 (coincidentally in the same part of London and using the same pair of letters!): Rayners Lane/South Harrow and Ruislip Gardens/South Ruislip.

I've found another Zone 1 pair: Liverpool Street and Moorgate.
Might C be the odd one out since Hampstead is a boundary station whereas all the other stations are completely in the Zone in question?

Answer: Location A: Between Liverpool Street (LU) and Moorgate - view from eastbound train in May 2018 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) C isn’t the odd one out.
