For C the first thought is obviously east of Epping looking towards Ongar

A. Bull and Bush.
B. Somewhere on the NCL. Essex Road?
C. Epping East siding along with the line to Ongar
D. Osterley Park and Spring Grove.

Location A: North End (Bull & Bush) - exterior from accross road [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location B: Essex Road - passage to bottom of emergency stairs from passage between lift and platforms [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Location C: Between Epping and North Weald - disused crossover [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Link: These locations are no longer served by London Underground Odd one out: North End (Bull & Bush) has never been served by passenger trains.
