It looks like a buddhist temple in the foreground with possibly the floating palace at Udiapur in the background. However, I'can't see an LT connection so I'm probably wrong!

The background is not Udiapur as it isn't nearly big enough. The golden temple is definitely buddhist as the winged capitals/finials and Garuda statues [at the bottom of the cone on the RHS] are very much a feature of Indonesian and Thai/Cambodian buddhist shrines. The royal palace in Bangkok springs to mind.
