I was accepted into District Dave's LU Forum last week but I was a little too busy to recount what happened during the initial part of my recruitment at the Assessment Centre. It was fairly straight forward and it's quote honestly as it is shown in the practice materials provided to you.
This morning I woke to an offer to attend the Assessment Centre a second time for the role play and interview! I'm so chuffed because this is the part I was most excited for honestly - I've been in the Customer Service sector for around 7 years now and I finally want to have a job that's fulfilling. I've seen a lot of threads here that try to say the role of a CSA2 is "nothing to write home about" and that the unsociable hours don't make the role worth it but I beg to differ - however that's another story.
So, does anyone have any sage advice or can they maybe let me know how their role play and interviews went as I'm aware there are many people going through this process with me. Anyone is welcome to discuss their experience.
Hello! I've been very busy recently, but I got the email to say I've been given a conditional offer as we all know what that concerns, I've given them the times I'm available (how about now?) so I should be hearing back soon with dates for my Occupational Health appointment and reference checks and I should be golden!
I really do have to thank everyone here for your support, a lot of you can understand the nerves and worrying involved but it has all been amazing!
I never speak behind people's backs. If I've anything nasty to say, I pop it on a postcard.
