I'm sorry I haven't a clue about any of the stations, although none of them are Mornington Crescent. Is the first one the odd one out as it is an escalator rather than stairs?

The lighting makes me think that
A - St Johns Wood?
I seem to recall the station having escalator works fairly recently too

I'll offer an early guess that the link is "wood".

I'll offer an early guess that the link is "wood". Correct, "wood" is the link. D is not Farringdon though.

Was it not that St John's Wood shows an escalator rather than stairs, as gantshill guessed and Colin D confirmed?

St Johns Wood is the answer for the bonus question, and we're still looking for an odd one out.

St John's Wood is the odd image out, but not necessarily the odd station out.
