A: I'm not too familiar with this part of the network, but it puts me in mind of Highbury & Islington. Or at least, I think it does. That or Canonbury. but let's get the ball rolling with a guess of Highbury & Islington

That or Canonbury. but let's get the ball rolling with a guess of Highbury & Islington Nope, because... Location A: Gidea Park - platform 4 [Chris M] (click for a larger version) No guesses on the inset, but as it's still the season of goodwill here's a clue: (click for a larger version The same applies for B: (click for a larger version) The same can't be said for C with two different guesses: The bridge arch in C reminds me of Tottenham Hale [the BR bit rather than the LT station] C - Shoreditch High Street? C- Shoreditch High Street Points on this occassion to rail2210 as the first to guess: Location C: Shoreditch High Street - entrance and view of Braithwaite Viaduct on 29 December 2015 [@ellis] (click for a larger version) Location D: Pudding Mill Lane (new) - view from Marshgate Lane [Chris M] (click for a larger version) Don't forget the bonus, when you figure out where it is!

If I remember the pre-edited post correctly (I can't see it, I don't know if forum staff can) then all they did was correct themselves from saying D was Shoreditch High Street to C was Shoreditch High Street. It really doesn't matter though as nobody (afaik) keeps track of points (and there is no defined points system anyway, especially for occasions when people work together or are inspired by earlier postings).

Yes, I had meant to answer 'C' as Shoreditch High St, and I changed my error well before the answers were posted. Though the other user can take the points if they want.

After some heavy overnight deliberation and with many espressos consumed, the Forum Staff team have decided to award 2.37 points each to mcmaddog and rail2210, though taking off 0.3 points each for not getting the bonus. Carry on, chaps.

Carry on, chaps. Now that's been sorted, maybe the Forum Staff should have a go at sorting out Southern Rail..? (Might need more than a few espressos)
