the improvements that I've enjoyed due to Windows 10 (considerable in my realm of operation) .
Not my experience, nor anyone else who has had Windows 10 inflicted on them. I'd pay good money to have Windows 7 back.
Is the general feeling that Windows 10 is inferior?
Currently I have a laptop running Windows 7, a desktop operating Windows 8, and a laptop operating Windows 10. My experience with the latter led me to decline the opportunity to upgrade the desktop. So far I've found Windows 8 to be rather very stable, I don't think the computer has ever frozen up in 2.5 years. The Windows 10 laptop meanwhile seems poor, despite being a quite powerful machine which so far hasn't had too much loaded onto it.
It feels like a cross between KX and Blackfriars, with sections still very obviously closed off due to the ongoing work. The entrance is also strange as you need to go behind a protruding glass building from Victoria Street to get inside. This is fine but once in the ticket hall you have to turn right to get to the gateline anyway, so it would have made more sense to have the entrance facing the street.
