As I postulated about 2 yrs ago on the thread West Anglia/AGA to LO, this will result at Highams park in 2 of the 4 possible entry points. being closed. Very customer-friendly. As at Loughton yesterday morning. No ticket office, gates closed, no station assistant on the barrier line, both ticket machines out of order. I needed a paper ticket for an NR journey. Customer focus, pah.

I think the new ticket machines might be in addition to the 58 already ordered for West Anglia Inners - anyone know that for certain???

Not sure about Highams Park arrangements, but the new LO concession continues to require staffing at stations during all service hours and for gatelines to be manned and in use between 07.00 and 21.00 daily, although for practical purposes it's for all service hours.
