Whenever there is a signal failure on the Bakerloo its normally always on NR territory north of Queens Park. Why does this line suffer from so many signalling problems and is Network Rail actually doing anything to address the problem as surely LUL must be putting some pressure on them. Thanks

Ancient equipment dating from the 1930's springs to mind.
Actually the line was resignalled in the early 90s IIRC precisely because of this (the two sidings just to the north of Harrow were reduced to one as part of this work so photographs may be able to confirm this).
As to why its suffering from reliability problems, I have no idea.
