I have the R380 Schools class Southern Railway livery and it says it has a functioning smoke box.

I then bought the oil for the smoke formation and ran the train on some track sadly, with no smoke.

Can I just confirm that you have to run in the model a long time in order to get the smoke?

Correct me if I'm wrong.

No filament - no smoke.
