Wonder what the issue is with Cockfosters depot? I'm assuming they mean the new crew depot rather than the train depot?

Regarding cockfosters, it had this to say: I'm not sure what is meant by familiarisation process in this context, but the stuff about link & duty schedule issues sounds like poor rostering.
