LT Property IIRC. Must be worth a small fortune given it's location. I don't doubt it! How would such a thing work? Would someone wanting to lease a flat actually be talking to a representative from TfL? Or is that sort of thing contracted out, and TfL only ends up owning the building itself? Does the same apply to Chalfont Court?
